A local college friend asked me to come take a few pictures of their newest babe to document his 6 month milestone. He was the cutest little guy – ready to crawl and move but not quite sitting up! Mom & Dad own the most charming historic house with beautiful gardens – the perfect backdrop for these sweet springtime pictures!

I am usually shooting families, babies and children and so an engagement session is fun and different for me! This couple holds downtown Raleigh close to their heart and so they wanted at least some images in the city. We ended up doing most of the session at the NC Art Museum and then ventured into downtown to find the iconic skyline view. So fun! Congrats, E&M! Wishing you all the best!
