Promise – last post on our little boy’s 1st birthday! Just wanted to share some pictures from the party that we had for him on Saturday. It was a wonderful party filled with lots of family and friends. We are so thankful for all the folks that surround us and him in love. 🙂
It is so hard to believe that our little guy was born one year ago! What a fun, hard, rewarding, stressful, and amazing year it has been. Mr. L is happiest in the morning so his Daddy and I took him out one morning to capture some first year pictures. I think we were able to capture that adorable smile and personality that he has – despite wet grass and baby deciding he can walk with the wagon (where did that come from!!???). We are looking forward to celebrating his special day and watch how he continues to grow. 🙂
For about 3 years now, our family has done a beach vacation with two other families from church. This year, however, one family could not go so we planned a long weekend with the K Family. Despite two teething babies (who were pretty darn cranky), we all had a great time. Each couple even got a date night! Got to love built in babysitting. 🙂
Mom had been wanting to do pictures of the kids and we kept getting hindered by sickness and busyness – so why not do them at the beach??!! We found a great spot on the beach and had a little bit of fun. I adore these images – so sweet and lovely. I hope that you enjoy them even more, K Family!! 🙂

This little guy just celebrated his 3rd birthday with a very cool robot party! Mom did such a fantastic job with all the details. From “Puter Chips” to dress-up robot costumes, everything was perfect! We had a great time – thanks W Family for a fun Saturday morning!
